Anutamaya Official – Prepaid order not received [RESOLVED]

I had placed an order on the 12th of June, 2024 for 3 tops worth Rs. 1280 on Instagram (@anutamayaofficial). I was told that I would be receiving the order within 8-12 days. On the 7th day when I messaged them requesting for the order status, I received a passive aggressive reply stating that they meant 8-12 working days, excluding public holidays. I thanked them for the clarification.

After that I messaged on the 9th ‘working day, to which I didn’t receive any reply and on sending a reminder the next day (Thursday), they said that the order will be shipped on Saturday (29th June, 2024). I then messaged them on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, politely requesting them to share the order status/ the tracking details if the order hod been shipped. I have not received replies to any of my messages starting from Saturday.

I asked one of my friends to message them for a new order and they replied within seconds, which showed that they were ignoring my messages on purpose.

It is saddening to see such scamsters existing and thriving in this manner. I can only hope that this complaint might be of help to others and alert potential customers about this account.

I also hope I’m able to either receive the order or a refund via this complaint.
