My spouse and I attended a promotion on November 8, 2023, which claimed to offer amazing travel experiences, incredible savings, cruises, flights, rental cars, and other travel-related services at even better prices.
Our “47th” wedding anniversary was on December 29th, so I booked a trip right away. Based on a promo that appeared on my credit card the week of December 13, 2023, for $301.66, my partner and I decided to spend three nights in Las Vegas.
I am really dissatisfied with them; out of our two interactions (the other involved scheduling a flight), it seemed like they only dealt with Anna, who has a strong Asian accent and is very difficult to understand and interact with.
They lack knowledge, are not approachable, and most definitely lack professionalism. I’ve improved myself as a result of the experience, and I can’t stand the frustration this company Apollo Adventures is causing me—not even for a lifetime!
I’ve filed a request for a complete refund and cancellation. Jay Rogers, the salesperson, gave us false information during the meeting, claiming that the company was fantastic and offered much more than just timeshares and fantastic discounts—it also offered the best travel experiences. It is not true at all.
After speaking with the agent for a few minutes at the 800 number Apollo provided, I made two calls before making a reservation. If you’re thinking that you made a mistake already, the agent gave you that impression by informing you about various cancellation fees, resort fees (which were quoted at $50 but turned out to be $100 at check-in), and the room that I had specifically requested and wanted to be a suite. Booking representative: “What’s a suite?” The representative at Apollo Adventures’ knowledge.
