Dear Sir/Madam

My Name is N Janardhan,

I tried to Book ticket From Hyderabad to Vijayawada on 24th November 2017 for the same day in www.apsrtconline.in. Unfortunately, I didn’t find any seats available for that day, So I decided to go early morning.

When I search for the early morning buses on 25th November 2017, I found a service at 00:40(i.e 12:40 AM 25th service No:3823 MBXR-JPT-VJA). so I booked it from KPHB COLONY which shows Departure Time as 23:04, after booking I got a ticket with next date i.e 25th November 23.04 instead of 24th November 23.04.

Then I called and informed same with APSRTS Management and asked them to provide me full refund,
they didn’t accept their mistake and they said whatever the information that is there on the website is the correct but you booked wrong while booking these kinds of timings you need to be careful so we cant provide the full refund.

My concern is when they provide wrong information on the website and send wrong ticket details then why should I pay for that?

Please have a look at this complaint and give me justice.
