Dear Customer Support,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made from your website. I ordered a “Dark Grey Colour Comfortable Women Co-ord Set with Hoodie 2X” with the order number [DARK-GREY-HOODIE-5] on [Nov-21-2024], but unfortunately, I received the wrong product.

Additionally, the phone I received is now switched off and is not turning on, which makes it completely unusable. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service and the inconvenience this has caused.

I kindly request the following:

1. A return of the incorrect product.
2. A replacement with the correct item I originally ordered.
3. Immediate assistance in resolving the issue with the non-functioning phone, or a full refund if it is defective.
4. I trust this matter will be addressed promptly. Please let me know the next steps for returning the wrong product and receiving a resolution for the issue with the phone.
