My name is rajen chandra das. Reg no 60389. The builder proposed a project for flat named “dev city bhiwadi” and accordingly i had also booked for a flat in 2007. Total amount paid rs 2.37 lace on demand of various occasions like reg amt, preferenclal amt, at the time of allotment and monthly installment for cost of the flat. They never made construction other than a sample flat till date. They confirmed that there will not be any construction and accordingly they ask to apply for refund of amt which i have paid. I applied for refund in 2009 but till date not a single rupee paid back to me. Can anyone help in this regard to get back my money. I don’t understand how they can live in the capital of india after doing so big fraud.
