I had made the full payment for the property located at Bhiwadi Rajasthan (EC 42 )based on the allotment letter issued by your company. However, despite completing the payment as agreed, I have not received either the refund or the registration of the property, as stipulated in the terms.
As per the agreement, I was expecting timely registration of the property in my name, but it has not been processed yet, which has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Furthermore, despite my repeated requests for clarification and resolution, I have received no constructive response or action from their side.
I kindly request that you urgently address the following matters:
Refund of the amount paid, if the registration cannot be processed immediately.
Immediate initiation of the registration process if the property is still available for transfer.
I expect a prompt resolution of this matter, as I have already complied with all required payments and procedures.
I look forward to your immediate response and a quick resolution of this issue.
