I took a loan and repaid it then again took a loan and i have a word that today i cant i will do it tomorrow and they started calling and texting to my relatives (whose number i haven’t given in app reference)
And they are sending whatsapp message with my photo and asking them to pay loan and saying do you him. And if we make a call to them their number is invalid and we could only talk to them in whatsapp only.
They are calling continuously and expect my reference number they are calling to all my contacts people and sending my photo. And i told them i will pay it with late fees that too they disagree with it.
They take interest also and how they have right to call my contact list except reference. And everyone is calling me and saying that number is invalid then from they are using these numbers.
From a day before they keep on calling with whatsapp not with companies number and threatening me that i have shared it with your contacts and soon after the call they share to my contacts.
They start threatening from morning itself till night 9.

I TOOK A FROM ASAN LOAN APP THRICE. FIRST ON 2ND JAN 2022 WHICH REPAID ON 07 JAN 2022 AMOUNTING DEBT-4004/-2ND ONE TOOK ON 07-01-2022 WITH DISBURSED AMOUNT-4800/- PAID ON 12th JAN 2022 AMOUNTING-8048/-. THEN 3RD TIME TOOK ON 14 TH JAN 2022 DISBURSED AMOUNT-3278/-PAID ON 19-01-2022 AMOUNTING-5599/-. PREVIOUS TWO TIMES ALL THE BORROWING LENDING REPAYMENT ALONG WITH CUSTOMERS SERVICE EXECUTIVE DEALING AND REPAYMENT BEFORE DUE DATE WAS QUITE EASY AND MORAL FULL. EXTRAORDINARY. BUT TODAY PROBLEM AROUSED ALL WITH A PHONE CALL OF A LADY CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE STRAIGHTLY WITHOUT ANY INTRODUCTION ASKING FOR THE WHAT’S APP NO. AND FROM MY SIDE IN A HALF OPEN SLEEPY EYES I ASKED TO INTRODUCE HERSELF. THIS TURNED HER NERVES DRAMATICALLY AND MSG QUOTING POLICE CALL, CALLING TO MY KNOWN CONTACT, ETC. READING THAT I WAS SURPRISED AS IT WAS A KNOWN AS WELL AS HELP FULL APP TO ME . ANYHOW I DARE TO MAKE A CALL TO WHAT’S APP NO. THROUGH WHICH MSG WAS SENT TO ME. ON THE OTHER A LADY VOICE WAS HEARD SHE RUDELY ASKED ME TO PAY NOW AT ANY COST AND SEND THE SCREENSHOT. I TOLD HER MAM THIS MORNING O GOT A NORMAL MSG THOROUGH YOUR APP THAT ITS A REMINDER MSG FOR 20TH JAN 2022 LAST DATE TO REPAY BEFORE 12 O’ CLOCK. SHE TOTALLY IGNORED TO LISTEN TO ME. THEN I REQUESTED OK LET ME MAKE MYSELF FREE FORM MY JOB SO THAT COOLY I COULD DO ALL REPAYMENT PROCESS SUCCESSFULLY.
THIS WAS THE TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION. THEN AND THERE MSG OF RIGHT NOW PAYMENT SPOILING SOCIAL CIRCLE AND CREDIT SCORE AND WHAT NOT. AUDIO MSG IN A WASULY ATTITUDE WAY SENDING STARTED. FIRST OF ALL I IGNORED THINKING TO BE A FRAUD CALL AS WAS REPEATEDLY WARNED BY THE APP . THEN ON CONTINUOUS VOICE MSG OF THE LADY CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE I SEND THE MSG WHICH WAS STATING THAT I HAVE TO PAY BY TOMORROW 20-01-2022 12 NOON.AND BEWARE OF FRAUD CALLS.
TO AN EXTREMELY DARING THE LADY CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE SENT A VOICE MSG THREATENING ME NOT TO RESEND THE MSG TO HER AND AR ANY COST TO REPAY NOW WHAT EVER ADVERSE SITUATION MAYBE. EVEN DARE TO TELL ME THAT SEE WILL START TAKING ACTION AGAINST ME BY CALLING ALL MY CONTACTS RELATIVES.
AUTHORITIES CAN CHECK TODAY INSPITE OF ALL TENSION CREATED BY THIS LADY CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE I REPAID BEFORE. 12 NOON.
IF THE APP IS NOT WORKING ON THE ETIQUETTE AND ATTITUDE OR ETHIC/RIGHTS/DIGNITY OF A CUSTOMER THEN IT’S A BIG QUESTION AGAINST THE SERVICE, CONSUMER POLICY AND LONG RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE FIRM AND THE CONSUMER.
VIEWERS PLEASE CHECK 10000 TIMES BEFORE BORROWING FROM ASAN LOAN APP. IF DONE SO BE CAREFUL OF LADY STAFFS. MALE STAFFS ARE OF THIS FIRM ARE GOOD. I CERTIFY THEM AS A SMART AND WORTHYFULL STAFFS.
