I have purchased a senhieser earphone CX200 from the website Askmebazaar.com order no. 39632798 and the product that is delivered is different from the one ordered and is a duplicate copy of the original.
I have raised a request QRC40212479 on 18th August 2015 for a return but no response on that.After that i have raised an another request QRC41493723 on which the customer care executive confirms that it will be taken care of within a 24 working hours but no such thing has happened and it’s almost 2 weeks now.
I also logged one more complaint yesterday for the same and its complaint no. is QRC42643540 and the person confirms to get a confirmation in 24 hours but still after so many follow-ups there is no response from ASKMEBAZAAR.COM.
They also didn’t responds to any of my mails on their help support. It’s like they don’t care at all.

I need to know what i have to do in order to get the product returned and get my money back.
