I, Rabishankar Hota, purchased one Sandisk Pen drive from Online portal “Askmebazaar.Com” thorugh Order No- on dated-15-04-2015. Though I’ve made a payment of Rs.223.00 online, again I’ve received SMS on the day of delivery i.e.20-04-2015 to keep cash ready. When I contacted Customer Care on the same day before I take receive the delivery they assured me they will take care of that and not to pay any cash. But since at the time of delivery the courier guy refused to deliver the shipment without payment again I’ve called up to their customer care-04444444444 to inform the issue. They suggested me to pay Rs.223.00 cash as the courier will not handover till he receive cash and they will register a complaint to reversed the amount I’ve paid online.
Till then I’m following up with them and also registed a complaint in their portal on May 08, 2015. I’ve also received a mail alert for the complaint I’ve resitered.
I’ve Also send 6 reminder mails but all are remain unanswerd till date.
Request you to look into the matter and arrange for the reversal with penalty.
