I have ordered a product in askmebazar.com website on 30th July 2015. as per their rule the product will be delivered with in 10 days of the date of purchase. But i didn’t get my product after 10 days. when i called the customer care they told me that the product has been dispatched and they gave me the courier company name and waybill. But i happened to see that their is no courier company name that. and i informed the same to the customer care , even they dont have any information other than this. So i asked them to cancel the product. But they denied to cancel it. They said its in dispatched mode, so they cant cancel it. neither they cant trace the product. When i talked to Mr. Basel introduced himself as the floor manager, he talked me very offensive words and hurting. Literally they are cheating the customers. Please take necessary action against them.
