product ordered online from www.askmebazar.com ( headphone) based on misleading pictorial depiction on website. On receipt the product turned out to be cheap ,low quality and most importantly non functional ( faulty) .I immediately called up customer care who took down all details then disconnected the claim , I assumed the complaint was noted . after more than a week when no email etc received ,I called customer care on 16 March 16 where the executive Mr Puneeth threatened me not to pursue the case. I mailed them through website & got ticket number 79862 ,wherein I was told that case for refund has to be initiated within 48 hours, which I did . it was absolute arbitrary action on part of customer care executive who did not process case for refund neither did generate ticket number. The process of refund , time limits etc are not displayed properly in web page.
