I ordered for mobile – “Micromax duet II” and made payment of Rs. 7,220/- by credit card at www.aksmebazar.com on 19-1-16. They told over phone that as per our record the product is being delivered on 25-2-16. Neithrer product recived nor the refund. I booked complaint regarding to this on 27-2-16 but there is no solution despite numerious calls. My order id is — AB9849381 and complaint ID is QRC 83339850.
