I am trying to buy 1 motorcycle jacket for my safety, and i am trying to pay askmebazzar.com from my debit card, and askmebazzar is not able to resolve their issue even after 48 hours, in-spite of that after calling their customer care no.(0444 444 4444) I get to know that my order has been processed and ready for dispatch , so i told the executive to cancel those orders because i had chosen to pay them via online payment method through my Debit card. But that executive replied me by saying “decline the order at my door step”.My question is if they are capable to build such a big website, can’t they control their orders as well as resolve such a big issue?.
