I am writing this complaint to bring attention to a fraudulent astrologer operating via Instagram who has scammed me by taking money for promised astrological services but delivering absolutely nothing in return. This person is a con artist pretending to be an astrologer, using the platform to cheat people out of their hard-earned money. I am submitting this complaint in the hopes that others will not fall into the same trap and that authorities or the hosting platform will take strict action against this scam.

Here is a detailed account of what happened:

A few weeks ago, I came across an Instagram profile advertising astrology services, including personal problem-solving, love problem solutions, career guidance, and more. The page had several posts, stories, and even fake testimonials that made it appear genuine. I reached out to this person (who I won’t name publicly but will provide the username and details privately to the relevant authorities) seeking help for a personal matter.

Initially, the astrologer was very responsive and polite. They claimed they would perform certain rituals or pujas that would bring positive changes in my situation. I was skeptical at first, but the astrologer sounded convincing and even shared photos and videos of supposed rituals (which now I realize could easily have been reused content or fake altogether).

The astrologer asked for payment in parts — first a smaller amount to “initiate the process” and then more as the ritual supposedly progressed. In total, I ended up paying a considerable amount, broken down into multiple transactions. I made payments through online transfer, and I have complete transaction records as proof.

After receiving the money, the astrologer gradually started delaying responses. At first, they said the ritual was in progress and I needed to wait. Then, they started ignoring my messages completely. It became clear that the service I paid for was never going to be delivered. When I asked for a refund, I was blocked, and all further communication was cut off.

This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and emotionally distressing. Not only have I lost money, but I also feel cheated and taken advantage of during a vulnerable time in my life. It’s even more concerning to think that this scammer is likely doing the same to many others who come across his page.

Instagram is a platform trusted by millions, and scammers like this tarnish its credibility. It is unacceptable for fraudsters to use social media platforms as a hunting ground for innocent people. Such accounts should be banned, reported, and where possible, prosecuted under applicable laws.

Here are the specific issues I faced:

• Misrepresentation and false advertising of services
• Receiving payments without delivering any promised service
• Cutting off communication after receiving full payment
• No refund offered or processed despite multiple requests
• Emotional stress and financial loss due to fraudulent activity

I am requesting the following actions:

1. Immediate investigation into the Instagram account used by this astrologer.
2. Removal of the account to prevent further scams.
3. Assistance in recovering the money I paid.
4. Legal action, if applicable, to ensure justice is served and no other person becomes a victim.

If needed, I am ready to provide:

• Screenshots of our chat and conversations
• Screenshots of their Instagram page
• Payment receipts and transaction details
• Dates and timeline of communication and payment
• Contact details and links to the Instagram profile

I urge other people reading this complaint to be extremely cautious when dealing with astrologers online, especially those found through social media. No legitimate service provider will demand money in parts and then disappear without delivering anything. Scams like these prey on people’s emotions and situations, and they must be stopped.

In conclusion, I feel deeply cheated and betrayed by someone I trusted based on their social media presence. I kindly request the help of this platform and relevant consumer protection authorities to take appropriate action, including blacklisting this person and helping me recover my lost money.
