Atria Convergence Technologies – Rejecting and Delaying of promised service

The company asked me to pay 6 months advance of Rs7600 which I paid using their app.
They promised it will be installed in 4-5 working days.
Its been 10 days, the customer care has never responded and rejecting my calls. Local manager who assisted me doing the payment and registration has stopped taking calls and responding to messages.

As they are unable and unwilling to provide internet services at my place.. I want to request for a full refund and cancelation of services(which never got installed)

I have gone through their reviews and has 1st hand experience of it. I don’t want to continue with this kind of service as I work in IT firm and I need a trustworthy ISP and so far , act fibernet is the worst customer care experience.

I have lost my abiltiy to work because of no internet, they promised they will provide the service before lockdown, Im mentally stressed out trying to reach out to them to resolve this issue and I have been harrassed by not providing the services which they have to for the money which I pay.
