I have ordered a set of dress but I received a different colour dress with different size and their is no response from the company So I need refund.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed with your store. I had ordered a specific set of dress items, but unfortunately, I received a completely different color and the wrong size.
To make matters worse, I have tried reaching out to your team multiple times, but there has been no response or effort to resolve the issue. This lack of communication is very disappointing and unprofessional.
As a paying customer, I expect to receive the correct product as ordered, or at the very least, a prompt resolution when there is a mistake. I am requesting a full refund for the incorrect item sent to me.
Please respond to this complaint immediately and initiate the refund process. I also request that you arrange for the return pickup of the wrong product at the earliest.
I hope this issue is resolved quickly. If not, I will be compelled to escalate this matter through consumer forums and social media platforms.
