Purchased Ford Ecosport LED Tail lamp on 6th January 2017. On unpacking product observed that 1) Tail lamp assembly was of inferior quality to original product. 2) Indicator segment did not have LED bulb fitted. On asking from Auroglam customer service at 9953583123 on 21 January they informed that no LED bulb is fitted for indicator as “even high end cars have normal bulbs and not LED bulbs”. 3) It is not a genuine socket to socket plug and play as electrician has to bundle the new cables to original cabling and fitment bushes have to be changed.
For the price charged it is not value for money.
