I ordered one JBL headphone and JBL earbud. But they have sent me a defective, broken, used, Chinese, wrong, no brand name product. Now I want to return the product but there is no option to return it. They are making people fools. The product is also returned by many customers. There were many old packaging inside the box. The packaging were of the older customers from Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu, Lucknow and now myself from Assam. Today I made the payment and my money is gone. So I need to return the product and need my money back. So please somebody kindly help me to deal with this fraud shopping company… help me to return this defective wrong product..
