On 6th September my car MH 14 FM 1204 was brought to b u bhandari waked for repetitive starting problem after fixing an appointment.The appointment was not reflected in spite of taking one.

The car was at the service center at 9.45.The service advisor Mr SANIL SHETYE from the time of reporting the issues kept on insisting to leave the car at the service center for minimum 2 days without even checking the issue.

I had personally got the car all the way from lonavala till waked which is almost 60kms.

The staff were extremely rude and not co operative including customer service manager Ms Jyoti.

Car was at the service center from 9.45 till 3.30pm almost 6 hrs but the technicians could not diagnose the problem.

This shows how inexperienced your technical staff are.
