Babymonk – bad customer service

They are online shopping website. Since they were delaying the delivery of my product I requested for cancellation through email. They accepted the cancellation and asked me to provide my bank account details. I was taken aback because for the first time in the history of online shopping this must have happened. However I provided the details. Now they are stalling on the pretext of not having IFSC code. IFSC code can be simply googled with other details I have provided. Instead of helping they are very rude in their emails. I googled online and found that there are many complaints. It seems they never intended to send the product nor initiate refund. My order no is #39773 amounting to Rs.2198/-
