spended my well deserved cash and didn’t recv any item, not even any message from them. Infact I needed to message them everytime…they continue requesting more length to send your product…but they abuse your understanding.

I was suffering from same problem so I cancelled the order. They responded to my email but they want my bank account details to refund which I provided and they are stalling because I didn’t provide IFSC code….. duh…. cant u google??? do they have to rub their incompetency on our face like that. Looks like Babymonk has a bunch of incompetent and unprofessional staff. I am going to consumer forum now. anyone has done it before??? any suggestions.
I have ordered the product 25 days back and there is no response from them.Fake website.This is the first and last time I am going to buy from them.worst service.no one should buy from them
