I was employed by Bachpan Play School Hauz Khas as a teacher. On October 10, 2023, I resigned from my position for personal reasons. Making the decision to go was difficult for me.
I am writing to inform you that, as of September 2023, I have not received my salary. They failed to take any action in spite of the fact that I formally submitted my resignation letter to them and expressed my concerns about not receiving my September salary promptly.
I’ve always worked diligently and competently at my work.
It should not be taken for granted that they should have received my salary prior to the date of my resignation in accordance with the salary cycle.
An organization should not be run in this manner, where employees are not paid. They shouldn’t hire so many teachers if they are unable to pay their salaries; doing so is extremely unprofessional.
I respectfully ask that you give this some thought.
