My order no is-BIS01005940111 dt-12 feb 2018. I was ordered philips power bank of 30000 mah.and samsung bluetooth.
But delivered product is faulty and there is no mAH sown on the power bank.and it’s not getting charge /not working.
I want to return it.

Back in sale – I had placed order for Philipps power bank 30000amh and paid through Razor pay gateway ,on 2 and March , I did my get any response from the Back in sale web site . I have raised ticket for this issue in bank in sale web site.
