I ordered suit Rs.858 on 05th April and received courier on 11th July. When i have opened the courier and then found that they sent me wrong product. No contact information has been given on website to file a return. I found the contact no’s on facebook which was switched off. One number has been found through another social site i.e 8093451203 and When i have complaint on that no. he asked to call tomorrow at 9 am on 13/07/2024. I called again on same no, no body has picked on that no. but one person named Amit Mishra called again from another no. 7682053720 and told that they had registered my complaint and asked about my contact no which is linked with google Pay account, then he sent me one file (complaint Registered no.) on whatsapp and asked for enter the contact no i.e 7682053720 and then i received one notification that “MESSAGES ACCESS IS SEEN ALLOW / DONT ALLOW”. I select the option of Don’t allow then he forced me to select option allow, when i refused his pitch is totally changed and he told that he will take that order return back but not refund my money until i allow him to read my messages. when i refused he disconnect the call. And then i received the message from “SBM BANK – State Bank of Mysore” which have one OTP. It’s totally fraud Scam as they first sending wrong product and after that taking your whole money automatically if you will allow to read message.
Govt has to take strict action against these people
