Bag theft during train journey

Dear Sir, I was travelling from Shegaon to Pune on 16/03/17 by Maharashtra express train no.11040. My PNR no. 6562321262, coach no. S7. Seat no. 39. TTE allotted me birth no. 63 at 12 am and I was transferred my luggage over there. Before reaching pune when I checked for my bag it was not at its place, below my seat. There was bag of somebody else. Immediately I lodge my complaint to the pune railway police station.firstly constable refused to give complaint. I told him to register my complaint I want proof of loosing my bag. Then he registered. My bag contained original documents folder consist of original MARKSHEETS of SSC, HSC, BE, ME, EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATES, LEAVING CERTIFICATES, AND MANY MORE OTHER DOCS, XEROX COPIES OF MY RESUME. Clothes and some cosmetics of worth @ 4000/-. As my bag contained resume, the person who theft my bag got my contact number and he called me because there were no money or jewellery in my bag only some clothes and original documents. He told me that his destination station was Daund which comes at 2.30 am in the night. he promised me to parcel my bag by train but he still not parcelled it. Iwas in continues contact with the person. He called me by contact number 7506313715. from last three days his mobile is switched off.
I request you to take necessary action as early as possible as my original documents are there in that bag. Thank you
