Dear Team,
We are now in a desperate situation while writing this mail. Today 5th July we had boarded FZ33, from Dubai to Salalah for a 3 day holiday . 8th is our return and we are here in the hotel (Hilton Salalah) without anything to change or use. No response till from the airport authority . Complaint file reference is SLLFZ10815/05JUL18/1554GMT. Hope u will compensate as a reputed flight operator as we had wasted money for our stay and flight. Waiting for a response regarding our luggage . Hope u will revert . My mail id – [email protected]
