My Order no is 3505 I had placed order on 3/11/17 and I had made online payment it said it’s dispatched on 11/11/17.
Then on 20/11/17 I mailed them I got response as below
Dear Pratik,

As per the reports received, due to mismanaged and careless approach of the courier person, the parcel is lost in the transition and hence the delivery attempt was exempted without updating the authorities and later revealed on investigating the reports.

Further, since getting the fresh package and delivering it to you will be again the long process we request your permission to cancel the order with refund.

Your complete paid amount shall be refunded to you.

As per your trail mail, the CANCELLATION with REFUND mail is being forwarded to the concerned department.

We need 24-48 hours to verify all details regarding parcel status and the Order details and hence your request shall be approved for REFUND.

The complete paid amount of ₹ 2021/- against ORDER ID# 3505 shall be refunded back in to your source payment account.

The amount takes 5-7 business days from the date of initiation to reflect in your customer’s account, as per bank policy. Please note that this time estimate does not include weekends and bank holidays.
