I have ordered a set of Cabin Trolley set 3Pcs(model CBG085) (Order ID :#6219) with Bag planet on 09/11/2017 and paid Rs.2127 /= through internet payment mode .According to them the item was dispatched on 17/11/2017 but did not receive the item till today(06/12/2017). I tried to contact them through repeated messages but no response, even i try to locate the SURAT store at Katargam personally but found it is a fake address.How such a fake company openly coming in social media and cheating the public openly.I want Public must aware of such fake messages flashing in social media and take necessary precautions.
I also urge the officials concerned to take legal actions against such people.
