I have booked hand bag with Bags planet on 23rd December 2017 & I have paid full amount for the same. My order ID is – 18715. In turn on 27th december 2017i have received mail from bags planet saying that “your order is approved and will dispatch in 5 day”. But even after lapse of 20 days also i have not received the goods booked. Any body having idea about how to tackele this issue.
