I had made complaint about this Cheat company on this website. In 5 minutes I received a call from someone claiming to be from Bagsplanet, who aplogised and said as the product is no more available they want to refund the amount. Only method is to reverse the payment through my credit card and he asked for card no. He said he has started a transaction of paying credit into this card and asked for OTP. Like a fool I shared and there was this first debit happened. I yelled at him and he claimed that since there was a delay in entering otp the trasaction became debit instead of credit and now he will refund the whole amount. One more… and one more and ONE more, this time to another account PayZapp . I stopped and am making this complaint.
