i had ordered a luggage bag from bagsplanet website.and i had payed online payment of rupees 1800 for it…it has beem 20 days but there is no responce from their side…nor they are replying my mail..
I have ordered for strolly bags and paid through cards. it has kept on sending the status through email. the last status said that the product will be delivered within 72 hrs. but right after few hrs it sent email that the delivery was faild due to non availibility of people at home.
i ordered three products with two different addresses and the same thing happend with both of the orders. now they have stoped replying the emails and they have not given any phone numbers on their website.
Kindly help me to get my products or my money back.
