I ordered Bags paying 2042.00 INR. But neither I received product nor refund
I tried contacting them. But no use. None of them reverted back.

I placed this order on 25 Nov 2017. I also received payment id message MOJO7b25005A27900644 as

You just paid INR. 2042.00 to @BagsPlanet towords instapay (Payment ID: MOJO7b25005A27900644) via www.instamajo.com

Moreover their team has not bothered once to even respond to my emails and give me an update.

And I surprise that, my order history does not show any order history.

they are complete frauds. I want to request a formal enquiry and also my money back
