I have ordered 3 set of suitcases online at bagsplanet.in on 12 november 2017.payment was also made by me online in advance.the amount is Rs.6052/-.but still i have not received the product.I have emailed this company 5 times on [email protected] regarding the product which i have not received but there is no reply From their side.when i checked their website i was shocked that there is no contact number mentioned on it.i m continuously chasing them on their only email mentioned on their website bit there is no response.pls help and advise what to do.

I dont know whether it is real or fake.
