I have ordered 3 sets of bags for 1348 in bagsplanet.in on 21/10/2017 with order no: 709 and I waited for delivery but didn’t receive the parcel. I kept tracking constantly and contacted them. Later I recieved a msg stating that

As per the reports received, due to mishandling by the courier person, the product has got defected in the transition and hence they firstly delayed the delivery and when checked by the dispatch team the truth came infront of us.

Further, since getting the fresh package and delivering it to you will be again the long process we request your permission to cancel the order with refund.

Your complete paid amount shall be refunded to you.

Even then I mailed them more than 10 times and registered for refund. But there’s no response from their side. Kindly help me regarding this
