I did some shopping from bagsplanet.in on 5-11-2017 and the order no. is 4167. The product is dispatched on 11-11-2017 and the company garantees to deliver the product after maximum of 11 days from dispatch.After waiting 11 days I put a mail to the company to either deliver the product or give my money back.I got a mail from them that the order has been cancelled and the refund will be done after verification and the verification will be done in maximum of 3 days.Then after waiting that period i am putting mails to them on regular basis and they are not even replying to me.From the 24-11-2017 the return approval of my product is pending and today is 30-11-2017 with no replies from their side at all.I did the shopping of price of Rs 1798. Kindly solve out my problem.I will be very thankful to you.
