I ordered set of trolley bag worth rs 1958 from bagsplanet.in with order id 7831on dated 13 Nov 2017. Mode of payment was online. I received a email that my order is dispatched by them on 21st of nov 2017 but till date I didn’t received my order. I contacted them several times on live chat but no response from other side. There is no phone number on the website to contact them.
