I have ordered bags from bagsplanet.in. Our order id is -11994 and was placed on 24/11/2017. On entering order id we got to know that the order was supposed to be delivered by 13/12/2017. We have not recieved our products till now. And also we are not getting any response through mail. When we went to the given address the shop was closed. Request for refund of Rs. 2127.
