I have complain regarding BagsPlanet where I have purchased bags on 6-11-2017 thru online payment mode as Freecharge amount of 2021/- was deducted and order also confirm it was going to be delivered in 12days but not received till 15days when I started sending 2/3 mail there answer was as in delivering bags got damage so we r refunding amount. It was on 27-11-2017 they told it would display in ur account in 4/5 day’s but today’s it 20-12-2017 yet I have not received the amount in freecharge wallet or my bank account nd even bagsplanet is not responding for mails.

As per the reports received, due to mishandling by the courier person, the product has got defected in the transition and hence they firstly delayed the delivery and when checked by the dispatch team the truth came infront of us.
Further, since getting the fresh package and delivering it to you will be again the long process, hence we are cancelling your order with FULL REFUND.
The complete paid amount of ₹ 2021/- against ORDER ID# 4690 shall be processed and refunded back in to your source payment account within 24-48 working hours.
The amount takes 5-7 business days from the date of initiation to reflect in your customer’s account, as per bank policy. Please note that this time estimate does not include weekends and bank holidays.
