complain on behalf of my wife.

,I Nikita Sachdev had visited Balaji Movieplex on Sunday(22/06/2014) for a 3pm show.
On ordering veg cheese corn nuggets I was served chicken nuggets.
On bringing this to the notice of the management the matter was covered up by the manager saying that, he has served veg nuggets and he is very sure of that and was very rude and not at all apologetic.
When this was informed to the director of the Movieplex Ms.Bhavya Raju she easily waived away the matter saying that it was a human error which can happen anytime and with anyone. Moreover, the director bluntly admits that the management has appointed an uneducated unskilled worker to do the portioning and offered me one month of free movie tickets as a compensation.
This is a highly irresponsible and unappreciated on the part of a multiplex which has hundreds of people of every cast and creed coming in everyday. The catering has to be utmost taken care of. I am a JAIN and having eaten non veg even by mistake is considered a sin. And all of it because of the carelessness of the catering department of Balaji.
This isn’t the first time that such a thing has happened, for this same thing happened with my sister-in-law who too is a jain and was served chicken momos instead of the veg momos on Friday (20/06/2014) 11pm show.
My religious sentiments have been badly hurt and I was in an utter state of shock by the ongoing incidents.

Kindly look into the matter.
