I have booked for 3 seats from Pune to Hyderabad and back on Air India Flt no AI 9868 and AI 9867 .
The dates of jouney being 23 Dec 2017 and 25 Dec 2017 respectively.
As I am an Army officer who suffered spinal injury while serving the Nation, and is wheel chair bound
I intimated the agency for wheel chair assistance at both Airports, which they duly confirmed by mail.
The Air lines operates an ATR Flt in this route.
The pune to hyderabad travel went of well and the staff assisted me.
However when i reported for return jouney at hyderabad Airport on 25 Dec 2017, the duty staff at counter
told me that i canot be accomodated on ATR flt as i am wheel chair bound.
They cancelled the tickets of me and family and gave a print out stating the same.
they said the booking agents, Balmer and Lawrie will make a full refund.
However the agency has not yet made any payments so far even after forwarding all documents and
contacting them many times.
Request to order for full refund for denial of accomodation on flt.
