This is w r t our a/c no bearing no [protected] in the name of jaxx vitrified pvt ltd in morbi.

Bank has wrongly charged rs 57297.66 as as gst tran for 00265287/20-07-2017 on 11.09.2017 without our knowledge. No supporting documents has been provided by the bank insipite of our rearrest but no such documents is being provided by the bank till date.

Considering our long association with yr bank and wrongly amount debited by the bank, we request for immediate reversal of the same.
