I ordered for 5 in 1 Home electric tool box of Black and Decker make for Rs.1800.00.on 17thAugust 2022.and made online payment.My order was confirmed with order number OLD621 and an invoice no.AR-620was sent by email.but I received only a cheap quality blue tooth neck band ear phone instead of the tool box ordered by me.suddenly the company has disappeared .None of the email,sms or phone number is working . There is no way to reach out to them.What should I do now.Can some one tell me how to Proceed now to get the refund or the item ordered by me.
