I, Pradnya Madale want to file a complaint against Best Partner Matrimony Pune.
One of its staff named Gayatri Baiskar called up in the month of February 2021 and she convinced me and my family by calling again and again to take the membership plan of Rs.6000/- till get married with her awesome communication skills.
Before payment procedure she assured us that she will provide at least 10 new biodata in every month, in the beginning she did it too, she took one of my friends( Jyoti Kamble) contact as well from me and asked her to take same membership plan i.e. Rs.6000/- till getting married.
Till April I have received around 20 biodata but many of them were fake. From the month of April 2021 she is not responding as she promised. And she has started avoiding our calls.
Me (Pradnya) and my friend (Jyoti Kamble) tried to call, message her (Gayatri Baiskar) many times to request her to refund our fees as we were not getting proper response and biodata from them, but she is not ready to listen and arrogantly answered at that time.
So, this is the only option left to us to file a complaint against her to get our hard earned money from this kind of fraud people. Hope it will help me and my friend to get our refunds as soon as possible.
