I had ordered 2 trousers worth total rs.899. received 2 pants of small size instead. I want to return and get refund of the same but there is no way to do it. The tracking id through AMAZON is 328907083736 and the Amazon agent said he has no control and is only authorized to drop shipments and collect COD. I asked him to pick up the returns and he says he cannot and asked me to contact Bestdealz, who will not answer the phone . Their phone number is 8572090994 but I have tried calling over 30 times in the last 2 days , since Tuesday 17th Oct when the shipment was delivered on COD.
Worse part is the courier guy would not let me open the package and his name is Somasekhar @9535080875 and he will not pick returns.
