Did not order any product but received a parcel from Amazon shipping today with cod of 899 rupees. I paid it and got to know that two kids jeans exists which I never ordered from anywhere. How to file a case against amazon shipping since the delivery agent did not wait after payment even after I request him.
Received a parcel today from Amazon shipping stating bestdealz order with cash on delivery which I paid 899 and found like two kids jeans exists in the parcel which I never booked any where.
Is there a way to find out who send it and amazon shipping is liable for the amount that I paid?
