Purchased a service from the seller for my child.
It was an online tutoring service, and because I was dissatisfied with their performance, I requested a refund, which they had agreed to provide for all the classes I had not attended while I was enrolled. However, they didn’t follow through on their promise; they had earlier kept offering me solutions that didn’t work, and when I requested the refund, they stopped returning my calls and didn’t reply to my email.
I used PayPal to make a payment, but since the 180-day limit had past, PayPal refused to honour my claim.
