This is Prasad, Residing in SR Nagar, Hyderabad. Recently I Purchased a swipe machine at Bharat Pe merchant. Since 40 Days it is not working. i sent mail to customer care support of bharatpe team, and made so many calls, still the problem is not resolved . i have paid 5000/- Refundable deposit for swipe machine. They are not solving the issue of machine. and i said please take back my machine and refund money. but they are not responding.
