We have taken BSNL broadband connection in April,2020. Although the internet speed is very low, we had taken the connection as it is the only broadband service in our village. After one month, internet service has stopped. We called BSNL office and lodged complaints many times. Even after many complaints, they did not come to our house even once. At that time, we came to know about other private broadband provider in our village. We had taken broadband connection from them. Since then, we are not using BSNL. But the bill keeps on getting increased along with the late fee. After two months, Since the fee was increasing, we cleared the dues and submitted a disconnection request. But we are not happy with it, as we were charged on the service that we did not use for 2 months, we want refund for the bill amount of two months during which we did not use the service.
