Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m writing to draw your attention to a problem I’ve had with the principal at the Bashyam School branch in Machavaram, where my daughter is presently enrolled in the second grade.
I recently spoke with the principal about some worries I had about my daughter’s academic performance and the way the school is run as a whole.
Still, I was surprised by the principal’s answer. I thought that the principal handled my concerns in an extremely impolite manner, and that neither my questions nor their answers received the proper consideration.
This lack of etiquette and professionalism is extremely worrisome, especially in light of Bashyam School’s stellar reputation for academic achievement and student welfare.

Please investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to prevent future occurrences of this kind.
