I have booked 1BHK Flat at “ACROPOLIS” Virar (West), Mumbai. Paid advance of Rs 45000/- through YES Bank cheque no. 043199 dated 19/10/14. After that my mother expired on dated 13/11/14 and now we are mentaly disturbed and don’t want to continue booking. I have informed to Builder through mail dated 18/11/14 and susiquently send reminder on dated 20/01/15 for the refund of our booking amount. I had many times telephonic discussion with Site Manager Mr. Sxxxxs Axxxxxxxa and Office Person Mr. Axxxxxxh Dxxxxxxy but till date there is no possitive response from Builder.

I have the similar issue. The builder is corrupt and has not returned my money even after canceling my booking.
I have put the case in consumer court and they keep on making excuses as the court dates keep getting postponed.
